Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Invisible Mechanics website and services (the "Platform"), operated by Invisible Mechanics Pvt. Ltd., Fourth Floor, Site.54, Yelenahalli Main road, Akshayanagar, Bangur Hobli, Road, off Bannergatta Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560114 ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing any course, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

The Platform provides live and recorded physics lectures, study resources, mock tests, and community features for JEE/NEET preparation. Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial study only.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate details (name, email, phone) and keep them current.
• If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf and consent to your use of the Platform.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.

3. Purchases and access

Paid content (cohorts, chapters, lectures, mock tests) is unlocked for the duration stated at purchase. Prices are shown at checkout and processed by Razorpay. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. You receive a license to access the content — you do not own it.

4. One account, one person, one device

• Your account is for you alone. Sharing login credentials with anyone is prohibited.
• The Platform enforces a single active session: logging in on a new device signs out the previous one. Attempting to circumvent this is a breach of these Terms.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of credential sharing or resale, without refund.

5. Anti-piracy

• You may not download, record, screen-capture, re-stream, redistribute, resell, or publicly perform any lecture, recording, resource, or test content, in whole or in part.
• You may not bypass or attempt to bypass technical protections (signed URLs, access gates, session limits).
• Violation results in immediate termination of access without refund, and we reserve all remedies available under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, including civil and criminal action.

6. Community and live-class conduct

Be respectful in chat, doubts, and the community forum. We may moderate, hide, or remove content and restrict (mute/ban) accounts that post abusive, obscene, infringing, or spam content. Repeated violations may lead to account termination.

7. Intellectual property

All Platform content (videos, notes, problems, tests, branding) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by Indian copyright law. The limited license in Section 3 is your only right to it.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee exam results, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms (including Sections 4–6). Sections 5, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the Platform or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
