Shipping & Delivery Policy

Invisible Mechanics sells digital products and services only (live and recorded lectures, study resources, mock tests, and community access). There is no physical shipment of any goods.

1. How access is delivered

• Access is delivered electronically and instantly once your payment is successfully confirmed by Razorpay.
• The purchased content (cohort, chapter, lecture, or mock test) unlocks automatically in your account — there is nothing to ship and no delivery address is required.
• Live classes become available in your account at their scheduled time; recordings and on-demand content are available immediately after purchase.

2. If access doesn't appear

Payment confirmation is usually instant. If your purchase doesn't unlock within a few minutes, email support@invisiblemechanics.com from your registered email with your order reference and we'll resolve it. Eligible billing issues are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Account-bound access

Purchased access is tied to your account and is for your personal use only, as set out in our Terms of Service.
