Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cohort enrollments (live courses)
- You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 days of purchase AND before the second live session of the cohort has taken place.
- After either limit passes, the enrollment is non-refundable.
2. Recorded chapters, single lectures, and mock tests
- These unlock instantly. They are refundable within 48 hours of purchase only if substantially unused (no meaningful watch time, mock test not started).
3. How to request a refund
Email support@invisiblemechanics.com from your registered email with your order reference (visible in the payment confirmation). We process eligible refunds to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 working days of approval; your bank may take additional time to credit it.
4. What happens on refund
- Access to the refunded course/content ends immediately.
- Your seat in the cohort is released.
5. Exceptions
- Accounts terminated for breach of the Terms of Service (piracy, credential sharing, abuse) are not eligible for refunds.
- If we cancel a cohort or a class cannot be delivered and is not rescheduled, you receive a pro-rata or full refund regardless of the windows above.
